Possible reasons include:


1. Door light curtain: Install a door light curtain on the elevator car door, with one side being the transmitting pole and the other side being the receiving pole. When the elevator door is closed, if there is an object blocking the light, the receiving rod cannot receive the light source from the transmitting rod, and immediately drives the photoelectric relay to operate. The photoelectric relay controls the door to open in the opposite direction. When the door light curtain rod is blocked by foreign objects or dust, the door will not close. At this time, the floor command in the elevator car can be pressed, but the elevator cannot close the door and cannot operate.


2. Door opening and closing button: When the elevator door automatically opens to its position, if the door opening button is pressed and held, the elevator door will open for a long time, which can facilitate passengers to enter and exit the elevator car normally for a long time. Press the door close button to immediately close the door. Sometimes when the door opening and closing button is pressed, it gets stuck inside and cannot pop out. If the door opening button gets stuck, it may cause the elevator's back door to remain open and unable to close when it arrives at the station. If the door closing button gets stuck, it will cause the elevator to close immediately after the back door opens to its position.


3. Call button outside the hall: The call button outside the hall is used to register the calling needs of passengers outside the hall. At the same time, it has the function of opening doors in the same direction on the same floor. If the elevator is running upwards and the up call is held down, the elevator door will open for a long time. Some elevators are designed to forcibly close after a certain period of time. Sometimes when the summoning button gets stuck, the elevator will stop on the same floor without closing the door. Or after a period of time, it may be forced to close the door before running, and then it must be driven towards that level for a period of time each time.


4. If there are foreign objects (such as sand, stones, wooden sticks, cement, etc.) blocking the groove of the elevator car sill and hall door sill, the elevator door cannot be opened or closed. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the elevator car sill and hall door sill clean at all times.


5. If the manual mode inside the car is in an independent state, the elevator cannot close the door, the call outside the hall cannot be registered, and the call outside the hall cannot reach the elevator.

Attention:


1. When the elevator has no power to open or close the door, it is not allowed to forcefully close the door by hand to prevent injury to personnel and sudden parking during elevator operation.


2. During use, do not knock on the door closing button, the command button inside the car, and the call button outside the hall. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the button and even lead to elevator malfunction and inability to operate.


2、 The elevator cannot open the door normally after stopping normally


The possible reason is that there are foreign objects blocking the landing door or car door sill, causing the door to not open properly.


3、 The elevator cannot start normally after closing the door


The possible reason is that after the elevator door is closed, the car door or hall door is not closed in place, causing the door lock to not be connected and the elevator cannot operate.


4、 Sudden parking and trapping during elevator operation


In a true sense, this is what we often refer to as an elevator shutdown fault. Due to the arbitrariness of parking, it is rare to park at the level position. Due to the current use of microcomputer control, there must be a software system detection function to generate elevator protection, software reset (power on after 10 seconds of power outage), and the elevator will return to normal.
